What we collect

When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional) and order history. Payment details are handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) — we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse the store we use essential cookies to keep your cart and preferences (language and currency). With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the store is used.

How we use it

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and — if you subscribe — send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, our email provider and our hosting provider. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7–10 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights
